What it does

Three things, done honestly.

01

Auto-categorizes by speed

LearnerLog watches your GPS speed and labels each stretch — Expressway, City Driving, Residential — so you don't have to. Re-categorize anything in two taps if needed.

02

Auto-fills the TDLR 30-hour form

The Texas 30-Hour Behind-the-Wheel log is tedious to fill by hand and easy to get wrong. LearnerLog does the accounting and produces a print-ready PDF matching the TDLR layout.

03

Private by default

No accounts, no cloud sync, no ads. Your drives, your teen's personal info, your teen's location — all of it stays on your device. Period.

Before you download

The things parents ask first.

Is this the real TDLR form?
LearnerLog generates a PDF that matches the TDLR 30-Hour Behind-the-Wheel Log layout, filled in with your drive data and ready to print and sign. DPS accepts any log with the required information in the required structure — you don't have to use the TDLR-issued blank.
Does it work on iPhone?
Not yet. Android-only for now; iOS is on the roadmap.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. GPS recording and PDF export work entirely on your device — useful on rural roads where cell service drops.
Does my teen's data leave the phone?
No. No accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics. Everything — drives, route, personal info — lives on the device you installed the app on.
